Mother Clucker Chili
This package will yield approximately 1 gallon of chili. Great used with: Ground Beef, Chicken, Turkey, Venison, Elk or as a vegetarian chili.
. 2-2 ½ Lbs. Ground Meat
. 1 . ½ Chopped Onion
. 1 11oz V-8 Juice
Mother Clucker Chili Season Package
. 1 6oz can Tomato Sauce
. 2 14.5 oz cans Petite Diced Tomatoes
. 2 15oz cans Chili Beans
Peppers of choice for a spicier chili or add some of our Mother Clucker Hot Sauce like our Red Jalapeno or Carolina Reaper for more spice and flavor!
In a skillet, pour V-8 juice, add chopped onion and meat. Cook on medium heat until ¾ done. Add entire package of Mother Clucker Chili seasoning and cook until done.
Add all remaining ingredients and stir well. Turn heat to low and simmer for 2-4 hours.
Optional, add 4 cubed potatoes 30 minutes before serving to make Chili Stew.
Hint - The longer this Mother Clucker Chili simmers the better it becomes. Simmer for 8 hours for BEST results and flavor. Also great for Chili Dogs.
