Mother Clucker Twisted Old Fashion Potato Salad
This is not hot in spice just full of great flavor!
. 6 cups cubed peeled potatoes, about 3-4
. 4 large, hard-boiled eggs, chopped
. ½ cup whole sweet Gherkins pickles, chopped
. ¾ cup celery, thinly sliced
. 1/3 cup yellow onion, chopped
. ¾ cup sour cream
. ¾ cup mayonnaise
. ¼ cup Mother Clucker, Habanero Honey Mustard
. ½ teaspoon salt
. ½ teaspoon ground pepper
- Place potatoes in a saucepan and cover with water, bring to a boil and reduce heat and cook for 20-25 minutes or until fork tender. Drain in a colander.
- In small bowl, combine, sour cream, mayonnaise, Habanero Honey Mustard, salt, and pepper.
- In a large bowl, add potatoes, eggs, pickles, celery and onion and poor combines ingredients from small bowl and gently stir to coat.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Best if it sits overnight for the flavors to marry.
